PLEASE NOTE

A small surcharge applies for all transactions via Eftpos. These fees are associated with the costs of TYRO Machines and do not provide profit to the practice.

Telehealth Consultations

To be eligible for telehealth consults you must have attended the clinic in the last 12 months. These are charged per our normal private fee structure and are booked as a standard consultation.

 Appointments:

Please call the practice on (07) 5346 4050 during business hours or book online 24/7 to make an appointment. If you have 2 or more concerns, please book a long consult (30 minutes). Please advise reception when booking your appointment if you require a cervical screening, immunisation, procedure, excision, completion of paperwork or if you are a new patient. Please request an interpreter if this service is required.

Payment:

Accepted payments options include cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express. Accounts are required to be paid at the time of consultation. Please ensure your bank details are registered with Medicare to allow a prompt refund of your rebate.

Results:

Patients are responsible for booking a follow-up appointment after having any testing done. In the case where your doctor requires to see you following a test, one of our nurses or receptionists will call and advise you to make a follow-up appointment within the time frame that has been specified by the doctor. RESULTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED OVER THE PHONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

After Hours:

Outside of the practices opening hours, we urge patients to call the After Hours Doctor on 13 7425 (13 SICK). This service will provide house calls overnight, on weekends and public holidays. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CALL 000.

Telephone Calls:

A message can be left with reception to be passed onto your doctor during surgery hours. Any urgent phone calls will be triaged by the Practice Nurse on duty. A translator can be arranged to be available for your appointment if it is required. This is done through the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450.

House Calls:

In extenuating circumstances, a home visit may be organised with an existing patients regular doctor if they are unable to attend the surgery.
