Dr Sarah Naylor

Originally from the United Kingdom, Dr Sarah studied medicine at Dundee University in Scotland, graduating in 2007 and becoming a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2013. Since graduating Dr Sarah has worked and trained as a General Practitioner in the North West of England, followed by Bribie Island, and the Sunshine Coast since 2016.

Dr Sarah is passionate about General Practice because she enjoys the diagnostic challenge of seeing a condition at its first presentation but also being involved in the continuing care of a patient, not only as an individual but as part of a family and community. She also believes strongly in the importance of health promotion and disease prevention.

Dr Sarah has a particular interest in Women’s Health, where she holds additional qualifications from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health and the British Menopause Society in Menopause Management. Dr Sarah can offer a range of women’s health services and procedures including of  IUDs, Mirenas and contraceptive implants.

In her spare time Dr Sarah enjoys crafts, baking and spending time with her husband, child and their 2 greyhounds.  Being born in Wigan, she is a big fan of Rugby League.
